offer free shipping on orders $60.00 and above, within the 48 contiguous
states of United States of America, via USPS/UPS Ground Service, 2-7 days delivery
time. This offer is not valid for APO/FPO military addresses.

Order Processing Time
Please allow 2-5 business days for order to be processed.
If an ordered product is in back order or discontinued from our supplier,
we will let you know through email or telephone within five days of your
order. Backordered or discontinued part of your order will be cancelled
automatically.
Order Shipping Time
Order Shipping time is different from Processing Time and varies in different
shipping options available to you during Checkout. Orders shipped via
USPS/UPS are delivered Monday through Friday only. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may require an additional one to
two days.
Back Orders
While we always try to ship orders completely, occasionally back
orders do occur. Back orders will not be filled, and must be
reordered. We will charge your account against filled items only.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order through Email at support@eastherb.com but before we start processing it. Maximum time cycle
between your order placement and our processing may be 24 hours.
Your cancelled order amount refund in 10 - 15 days after cancellation.
Order Returns
Within 30 days of receiving your order, you may return any item for refund.

No question will be asked, Guaranteed Return but we need a copy of Invoice.

Amount of the stamp on the return envelope will be reimbursed by the return cheque.

Sales Tax
Sales Tax will only be charged for all shipments within the
State of California at the rate of 8.25%.
International Orders
For any information or further assistance on International Orders, please send us an email at support@easthrb.com with your order detail.
NOTICE: There may
be a problem if you send us an e-mail, and do not hear back from us either
through an automatic confirmation of placing your order, nor receiving
a tracking number. If this happens, then there is a good possibility that
there may be a problem with your email address. We have received many
email messages that we reply to, but - for some reason, the message can
not make it through. We have no other way to contact you, nor do we know
that our reply has not reached you. Therefore, please make sure your email
delivery is working properly and that you have given us a correct email
address prior to complaints.
