Aged garlic extract is a form of garlic produced from a unique aging
process. During aging (up to 20 months), unstable, harsh and highly
odorous compounds in fresh garlic are converted into more stable,
beneficial, safe and much less odorous compounds. The garlic used in
aged garlic extract is also organically grown so that it is free of
pesticides and herbicides. Various studies have suggested that
supplementing one's diet with aged garlic extract may be beneficial.
