Hair care:

Hair care is a worldwide industry involving , fashion, cutting, styling, and hygiene. Billions of dollars are spent each year on a part of our bodies that is essentially dead; the actual hair shaft is not alive, but the scalp and skin follicles from which hairs grow is very much alive. Proper hair care, therefore, involves more than just the hair itself. A healthy scalp, skin. and metabolism are all needed to produce the vibrant, healthy hair that flows across our television screens in elaborate slow motion. Much like tree rings, our hair is a good indicator of our current and past health. Tobacco, drugs and poisons, even in minute quantities, can be measured from sampling and analyzing hair. It was recently determined that the great composer Ludwig van Beethoven died as a result of chronic lead poisoning; this was discovered after a chemical analysis was performed on a lock of hair cut from Beethoven's head, as he lay upon his deathbed. Most nutritionists and dieticians agree: if you want your hair to be healthy and look it, the place to start is by eating a healthy diet. One of the most worrying aspects of hair care or hair loss treatment is the tendency of so many people to seek solutions without first determining what has caused their loss in the first place.

Hair Loss Reasons:

It is important to note that shedding of hairs is a natural process with anything from 100 to 300 hairs randomly shed each day. In this article we'll look at two distinct aspects of normal hair loss. Firstly, we'll examine what is actually involved in the hair growth cycle. Secondly, we'll assess the natural progression of hair loss over time.
Hair is constantly going through cycles of growth, resting, shedding. When hairs that are lost are not replaced, or when more hair follicles go into the resting phase, hair loss becomes noticeable.
Hair loss very often mean the lack of some minerals or vitamins in your organism. Various supplements would be really useful hoping the best results.

Hair Care Products:

Take a walk down the hair care aisle of any drug or department store and you will be amazed by the huge variety of shampoos, conditioners, colorings, treatments, and other accessories such as combs and brushes. Not all of these are directed at women; men and children are also prime targets for hair care marketers. Advertisers have striven to make their hair care products seem new and interesting, often coining pseudo-scientific names for their products' active ingredients or including unusual botanical extracts. In general, however, most hair care products can be divided into shampoos and conditioners, and further subdivided into those formulated for dry, normal, and oily hair. Men are usually content to use soap or shampoo on their hair to keep it clean. Women, on the other hand, generally enjoy the hair care "mystique" and the multi-stage care regimens that this entails.
