| Suggested Use of Dandelion Root Tea | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| The infusion method: Place 1-2 tsp. of the herbal tea into a cup and add no more than 6 oz. of boiling water. Let steep for 2-3 minutes and then strain off the herbs. The decoction method: Place 1-2 tsp. of the herbal tea into a 6-8oz. of boiling water. Continue to boil for 3-5 minutes and then strain off the herbs.
