Natural Sleep Aid, August 29, 2006

This is a very mild, natural sleep aid - (Homeopathic). It claims to have no side effects - which I have found to be true the few times I've used it. It can also be taken as a mild stress reliever too. Don't expect it to knock you out - just calm you down a bit. For those who think less is more and probably also healthier - this would be the sleep aid for you.
